The ÐÜèÊÓƵ Foundation
Empower Opportunity
For more than 80 years, ÐÜèÊÓƵ has been committed to putting people first. Firm growth and committed leadership has provided ÐÜèÊÓƵ the opportunity to amplify its philanthropic impact through the establishment of The ÐÜèÊÓƵ Foundation. Founded in 2021, the ÐÜèÊÓƵ Foundation is a not-for-profit organization focusing on the three pillars of education, economic development, and community. By partnering with like-minded organizations, the ÐÜèÊÓƵ Foundation will strive to make a positive impact in our world.
After serving as The ÐÜèÊÓƵ Foundation’s President since its inception, Randy Rupp’s retirement created space for new leadership to continue advancing the foundation’s mission. Michelle Fowler is the new President of The ÐÜèÊÓƵ Foundation and Michelle Hodges will serve as the Vice President. Both bring a wealth of experience, passion, and leadership to strengthen the foundation’s efforts to expand economic development, promote education, and support communities.
