��è��Ƶ, celebrates International Women’s Day with several events held across the firm’s regional offices. These events will be conducted as part of ��è��Ƶ’s��Women’s Initiative Network (WIN),��which promotes��the firm’s retention and recruitment of��women in principal and leadership roles.

“At ��è��Ƶ, we share a passion for inclusivity and understand how important it is to work actively to create opportunities for��women��at our firm,” said Amy Flourry, Director of Operations-Wealth Management and ��è��Ƶ’s��Women’s��Initiative��Network��(WIN) Council Chair. “International Women’s Day is more than simply recognizing women—it is about driving conversations around gender equality and taking steps to create a more equitable world for our female neighbors, coworkers and family members.”

In addition, ��è��Ƶ is taking part in the��, a global campaign encouraging individuals to call out gender bias, discrimination and stereotyping. Participants are asked to share images, videos, presentations and other resources via social media using the hashtags��#IWD2022 and #BreakTheBias��to encourage a more inclusive world. In addition, participants are invited to strike the #BreakTheBias pose by crossing their arms over their chest.

“Gender discrimination benefits no one and damages everyone,” said Flourry. “��è��Ƶ is proud to stand in solidarity with IWD’s 2022 #BreakTheBias campaign, as the firm has been recognized nationally for having and promoting a diverse leadership group.”

Currently,��women��comprise 37 percent of ��è��Ƶ’s owners and principals. This has resulted in the firm’s recognition by the Accounting MOVE Project in 2020 and 2021, an organization that acknowledges firms in which women account for at least 30 percent of their owner and principal groups. ��è��Ƶ was also named a “Great Company for��Women��in Metro Detroit” by Sisters Achieving Success, Harmony & Empowerment (SASHE).
