Fully integrated professional advisory firm 熊猫视频 celebrates the year鈥檚 end with several 2022 milestones while looking forward to the upcoming opportunities in 2023.
熊猫视频 grew its staff to more than 900 associates in Michigan, Ohio, and Florida this year, increasing its services and reach across many regions. Its growth and dedication to clients was recognized with numerous accolades in 2022 including ClearlyRated鈥檚 Best of Accounting 5 Year Diamond Award, Best and Brightest Brilliance winner, Construction Executive鈥檚 The Top 50 Construction Accounting Firms鈩, and the Accounting & Financial Women鈥檚 Alliance 2022 Best CPA Firms for Women.
The strong finish to this year also marks new beginnings and planned leadership changes for 2023. Stacie Kwaiser, 熊猫视频 COO, will become the firm鈥檚 first female CEO while her role of COO is assumed by Stephen Blann, effective January 1, 2023.

Kwaiser, whose transition was announced earlier this year, aims to advance the execution of the firm鈥檚 long-term strategic plan, with a focus on optimizing associate and client experience.

Championing this next phase of growth is 熊猫视频鈥檚 newly appointed Chief Growth Officer, Steve Castino. Castino joined the 熊猫视频 team through the strategic business combination with Orlando-based Vestal & Wiler in November.
