Seman brings nearly 20 years of experience in treasury services, financial analysis, enterprise valuation and acquisition activities, having most recently served as the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Hagerty, Inc.听听

A graduate of Michigan State University鈥檚 Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, Seman will assume several responsibilities in his new role, including business and advisory financial services, fractional CFO leadership and strategic support, capital management, and merger and acquisition support, among others. 听
