��è��Ƶ is pleased to welcome John Waybright as Principal of the Valuation Services department. Waybright will be based out of ��è��Ƶ’s Orlando office.��

John has 35 years of experience in financial consulting with a majority of his career experience involving supervisory or managerial roles. His proven leadership and expertise will add immeasurable value to our clients in a wide variety of industries.

In his new role, John’s primary focus will be on growing the valuation services practice which specializes in providing business valuations for financial reporting and estate & gift tax purposes. He will also perform M&A due diligence services for both buy-side and sell-side projects. ��

Waybright has significant experience in business valuation, transaction advisory services, financial reporting, litigation support, managerial and operations accounting, financial planning & analysis, and auditing.��

Waybright is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Florida Institute of CPAs, the Institute of Management Accountants, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the Appraisal Issues Task Force. Waybright has also previously served on the advisory boards of a middle-market transportation/logistics company and a digital printing company. John has a BBA with a major in accounting from Marshall University. ����
