熊猫视频 has announced the appointment of Katie Stewart as Human Resource 熊猫视频 Senior Manager. Stewart will be based in the firm鈥檚 Grand Rapids office.
In her new role, Stewart will provide her clients with full-service human resources support and address inquiries related to human resources. Her service areas include consulting and outsourcing; client relations; employee retention, growth and engagement; department structuring; compliance; and leadership coaching and training.
鈥淜atie鈥檚 range of experience in several industries including healthcare, cannabis, manufacturing, professional services, franchisees and food production makes her the ideal fit for this role,鈥 said Sandy Shecter, director of solutions at 熊猫视频. 鈥淲e are excited to see her expertise at work and look forward to her support on the human resources front for our clients.鈥
Having worked in the human resources consulting industry since 2008, Stewart has served businesses with fewer than 10 employees as well as those with more than 2,000. In addition, her experience includes working in unionized environments, successfully supporting clients through immigration audits, assisting with the setup of a company鈥檚 full human resources infrastructure, and navigating clients through the ever-changing landscape of employment law.
Stewart is a graduate of Chicago School of Professional Psychology, an active member of the Human Resources Group of West Michigan, a Certified Labor Relations Leader, and additionally holds her Coaching Certificate from the Association for Talent Development.
