Ben is a well-rounded leader, who actively lives ÐÜèÊÓÆµâ€™s values on a daily basis with associates and clients. Ben leads consulting and outsourcing solutions engagements with public sector clients at the state and local levels, including CFO services, technical accounting assistance, and short and long term analysis projects.Ìý

Ben joined ÐÜèÊÓÆµ in 2021, bringing with him a wealth of public sector knowledge having held various positions with the State of Michigan. Ben has experience with fund accounting and reconciliation, financial close processes, leadership, and program development and strategic management.Ìý

A CLOSER LOOKÌý

  • Working with the State of Michigan’s COVID-19 Office of Accountability, Ben has led a team of individuals across multiple firms to increase compliance with federal regulations related to COVID-19 programs through active monitoring of federal funds since he joined ÐÜèÊÓÆµ.Ìý
  • Passionate about creating a work environment that supports all associates, Ben develops tools tailored to learning styles to share knowledge in a meaningful way.Ìý
  • Dedicated to the public sector, Ben is an active member of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA), serving as President for the Greater Lansing Chapter.Ìý
